Irelsie Alvarez, the owner of Castillo Insurance, is a Baylor University graduate with more than nine years of  experience in the insurance industry. Idalia Su, with over 13 years of expertise, leads our tax preparation services.

Since our establishment in 2015, we have proudly served the local community, recently relocating to Balch Springs, TX. Our deep-rooted presence in the area enables us to connect with and educate the community on their protection options, as we genuinely care about helping and enlightening our neighbors.
