Irelsie Alvarez, the visionary leader and owner of Castillo Insurance, is a Baylor University graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Over the years she has developed a deep understanding of both personal and commercial lines, as well as life and financial services. This strong foundation has provided her with the expertise needed to lead and thrive in the competitive insurance industry successfully. Irelsie is involved in the daily business operations, overseeing customer relations, carrier partnerships, team development and training. Ensuring that every client’s needs are met and receives the highest level of service. Equally important, she prioritizes ongoing employee training and education, equipping the team with knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Irelsie enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, serving at her church, deepening her faith, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
